1 1/2 pound London Broil, top round MethodMake marinade by combining the Cabernet Sauvingnon, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and honey in a zip top plastic bag. Add the London broil to marinade, press out excess air, seal bag and place in the refrigerator to marinate, turning occasionally. Marinate the steak for at least 6 hours and up to 24 hours. Remove steak from bag; discard marinade. Place steak on a foil lined broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle steak evenly with salt and pepper. Broil 4 inches from heat for 6 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Transfer meat steak to a cutting board and tent with aluminum foil, let stand 10 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain. Serving SuggestionPair with Las Tizas Cabernet Sauvignon.
