Grilled Lamb KebabsYield: 4 Servings Ingredients1 1/2 lbs lamb, top round or boneless leg of lamb MethodSoak bamboo skewers in water for 1 hour to prevent burning or use metal skewers. Trim lamb of any fat and cut into 1 1/2 inch chunks. Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a ziplock bag and marinate the meat for 2 - 24 hours. Grill over medium hot coals until cooked to desired level of doneness (about 6 - 8 minutes). Kebabs can also be broiled in oven. Serving SuggestionLamb is easy to grill and a nice change of pace from burgers and steaks. Serve with rice pilaf and a big green salad. Pair with the Lapis Luna Petit Verdot 2005.
