Dijon Grilled Chicken

Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup white wine
2 Tablespoons honey
2 Tablespoons olive oil
12 boneless chicken thighs or 6 boneless chicken breasts

Method

Combine the first four ingredients in a small bowl, whisking to combine, then spoon marinade in a large ziplock bag. Place chicken in bag with marinade and squeeze the air out of the bag. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours and let stand at room temperature for one hour before grilling.

Prepare barbecue. Place chicken on grill and cook over medium direct heat, covered, turning as necessary, about 12 - 15 minutes or until juices run clear and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
